Mr. McClellan has more than thirty years experience in human performance consulting including analysis, design, development and delivery of learning interventions. Areas of specialty are strategic sales/marketing and support workshops for technology products, services, and software. Mr. McClellan also has extensive experience in delivery methodologies including leader-led, eLearning, video network, Webinar, and self-paced workbooks.
Mr. Schuman has more than 30 years experience in the computer industry, with the past 25 years focused within the consulting arena. He has designed, implemented, and managed large-scale, diverse, and worldwide telecom networks providing data collection and customer support for organizations in the manufacturing, financial, communications, wireless, and health care industries. He has created and delivered technical training programs for hundreds of participants at the major telecom companies..

For over 20 years, Mr. Takacs has developed and managed training projects primarily for customer care and support organizations in the telecommunications industry. His experience includes course design and development as well as training program implementation and evaluation. His design and development skills and experiences include needs analysis, materials design and development, teaching strategy selection, and application of effective adult learning techniques.
Mr. Gibson has more than 30 years experience in the fields of computer systems and telecommunications, with emphasis in the areas of design, sales and training. His experience in performance improvement includes analysis, course design and development, training delivery, and documentation. His most recent assignment was managing the migration of all content in an existing classroom curriculum covering products and technology to a web-based delivery format for a Fortune 100 telecommunications company.
