CLS Introduces Independent Consultant
Workshop (10/12/2009)
We’ve just completed development of a new 2-day leader-led
workshop targeted at career professionals who are voluntarily or
involuntarily leaving their employers. The highly interactive
workshop titled "Becoming an Independent Consultant"
provides participants with the information and tools
they need to hit the ground running. Unlike books and online
courses, participants get real-world answers to their questions
delivered by experience professionals who are themselves
successful consultants. The workshop includes examples,
exercises, role-plays, and includes dozens of worksheets and
document templates that can be used in establishing a practice.

CLS Selected for Product Launch Workshop (01/17/2009)
Cybernetic Learning Systems was selected by
Nortel to develop and deliver a sales workshop in support of a strategic product launch. Working with Nortel's product
management and marketing teams, CLS consultants crafted a 1-day interactive workshop that includes product and
marketplace information, demonstration video, and sales
simulations. CLS was selected for this important assignment
based on the success of several recent workshops conducted for

CLS Introduces Off-the-Shelf Workshops (11/04/2008)
In addition to the custom course development
and delivery work we are traditionally known for, we are
introducing a range of off-she-shelf business and technology
workshops. These courses can be used stand-alone or as parts of
a larger blended learning solution. Our learning consultant
staff will be available to deliver these courses in the local

CLS Introduces IP Fundamentals Workshop (07/12/2008)
Our development staff has just completed development of an IP
Fundamentals workshop targeted specifically at
telecommunications technicians. tailored specifically to address
the needs of telecom installation and support technicians who
are transitioning from TDM to the world of IP. The workshop is
designed as a transition that builds on what technicians already
know, and introduces Data and IP in a way that is easier for
technicians to understand and remember. The objective of the
workshop is to improve the success rate for technicians taking
industry certification courses like a CompTIA or CCNA
preparation course, which assumes a basic level of understand of
