Education
Carla Estes holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern's
Kellogg Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from DePaul University.
Ms. Estes is also certified in technical training from AT&T.
Professional Experience
Ms. Estes has extensive experience in developing and
delivering sales training programs, covering a wide range of computer
hardware and software, as well as selling skills. Representative project
experience includes:

For AT&T, developed and delivered classroom, self-paced, and
audio cassette courseware across the product line, including
Definity, Datakit II VCS, UNIX, PC6300, Systems 25, 75, and 85, 3Bs,
ISDN, and 5ESS Switching systems.

For three Regional Bell Operating Companies (RBOCs), development
and ongoing delivery of courseware on customer MIS environments, the
IBM and DEC operating environments, and identifying and selling
solutions within these environments.

For U S WEST, development and ongoing delivery of courses on
advanced selling skills, selling to the data environment, selling
applications, proposal writing, and presentation skills. The
audience of this courseware includes managers, account exec-utives,
technical support, and serving personnel.

For Bell Atlantic, developed and delivered a seven-day Centrex
course for sales personnel, including Central Office considerations,
features/benefits, network management, and ISDN.
Prior Experience
Ms. Estes was a principal with OmniTech Consulting
Group, Inc., a Chicago-based management and technology consulting firm.
Over a ten-year period Ms. Estes played a a key role in OmniTech's
success as a leader in research, strategy, and training.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Estes developed and
presented sales training at AT&T's National Sales School, where her
courseware experience included:

Instructing all courses offered by the school to include PCs,
departmental computers, networking, financials, and selling skills.

Developing and managing selling skills, financial analysis,
product, and other curriculum courseware.

Managing the development of all computer-based training.
Ms. Estes was previously an account executive and
industry consultant for AT&T and Illinois Bell, where she was
responsible for both voice and data product sales and support. Prior to
joining AT&T, Ms. Estes worked as a trust officer and paralegal for
First National Bank of Denver, where she managed trusts and estates for
nine years.
